Or alternatively, do a night specific on Australia where you learn:

• Celebrations: Find out about a celebration from Australia: Anzac Day; Wattle Day
• Foods: Cook / Try an Australia dish: Anzac Biscuits; Damper; Lamington; Tim Tams; Vegemite
• Activities: Take part in an Australian activity or Game: Stick on a Bucket; Joeys in the Pouch;
